Hole Feature not work (inventor 17)

Hello,

i have installed Excel 2013 (Full feature) and Inventor 2017 but Hole feature not work!

I read this post but the problem is not solved yet.

please help me. i could not figure out what is the problem.

1.) You have now installed Windows 10 directly on the PC, no Virtual Machine.

2.) Installed all Windows updates and hot fixes

3.) Installed Inventor with Hotfix 1

4.) Installed Excel and ran it once to accept the EULA

i said before, i have one windows disk, by install on pc, problem occurred, by install on virtual machine problem resolved!

in pc version we have not some windows component or some configuration that on virtual version we have that. i don't know what is that and asked autodesk forum.

Today i installed new windows 10 on physical pc with all inventor requirement but problem occured again. It is very strange that hole feature on inventor without any requirements on virtual machine works but not work on pc version. I think so should i say goodbye to inventor.

This is a very strange problem. If you use the search function in this Forum you will find not very many issues with the Hole Feature and in particular with this issue.

If you could do a ScreenCast video capture of what you are doing to get the issue it would help.

i did it before (Screen Cast with autodesk tool), do you want some specific new screen cast?

yes, it was very strange problem, even more complex than some difficult Blue screen problem in windows. Although i like Inventor so much, but i should use another software such as Catia. unfortunately, when hole feature is not available, some other feature will not accessible.
