Hi,

I have a 3d body and want to use it as a cutting tool with certain path.

I tried Sculpt tool but it only cut merged bodies.

How much Inventor (or other CAD) experience/training do you have?

Are you familiar with Sweep?

Can you attach your file(s) here?

the problem combine-cut tool dont have path to follow

I don't have any experience editing image files in Inventor.

I would need native Inventor files to demonstrate a solution.

You NEED to provide more information..

cut where?

what direction?

how far?

how deep?

how is it orientated?

Do you just need to create a pocket or nest for that part?

Or a rail for it to glide upon,etc...
