Hi

Can't get the shell command to work when I apply fillets to the gun handle of the model I'm trying to create

Works without the fillets

Any ideas?

* Am I not able to upload the file?

I would not expect that part to logically Shell.

I think you are attempting Shell at the wrong point in the construction of the geometry and does not match the real world.

There is currently an issue with uploading files.

If you Edit a reply - you should the be able to Attach.

Ok - So you're saying I should rough out the basic shape first, then shell it, and then add more features later

I was going to make a joke about gun shells, but it probably would have backfired...

What is your intended shell wall thickness?

Hi! Ideally, Shell should be able to handle any input geometry. In this case, there is too much detail geometry created after Extrusion19, which causes the Shell to fail. Simply move EOP right under Extrusion19. The shell will work up to 2.75mm.

Many thanks!
