Hello....This one has got me a bit stumped...I was wondering if anyone would mind offering some strategy on how to model this part. It is a rotor for a pepper mill and I wanted to plan on having my students design it and print our their own pepper mills next school year using a 3D printer.

We are using Inventor Pro 2013 JD. Yes, I did ask this years ago but was not able to sufficiently solve the problem. And that has always bugged me as I do not like being unsuccessful. I am taking another shot at it and seeing if there is anyone that can provide some new insight. Thank you for replying.
