Grouping GD&T and Dimensions

When I copy and paste a GD&T callout, the GD&T feature control frame is not attached to the dimension I place it next to.  (So when a view is dragged, the GD&T does not come along).

Is there a way to group these items to keep them positioned relative to each other?

@toddTH8G4 I am not sure which Inventor release you are using now. If you are using Inventor 2027, you could try the 3D GD&T, and it can be retrieved in 2D drawing. As to 2D GD&T, we could attach the feature control frame to the dimension. Please see the details below. Many thanks!

Attaching GD&T to a dimension is only a problem when trying to copy and paste.

If you try to move it, it should get a leader to where you pasted it - you then have to drag the arrow of that leader over to where you need it to attach, then you can drag the GD&T to get it to snap to where the leader attached.

Or if you are careful while pasting then it should attach (then reposition it if you really need to).
