Monthly Modeling Assignment

March

What to model: Something green.

Details: St. Patrick's day will be Sunday the 17th of March, so i thought it'd be nice to model "something green".

This can be in the broadest sense, from clovers and alcohol related items to things that are environmentally friendly.

Please use Inventor to model and feel free to share your part or assembly.

(remember to attach all files if you do, or share as a neutral STEP file)

Friday, almost weekend... time for some distraction.

Sadly no render from me this week, it's been pretty busy with different things and i didn't find a moment to fire up 3DS Max.

Currently working on relocating/altering some things on one of our machines, so here's a screenshot of that instead.

What have you all been busy with?

Have a nice weekend!

Student work - bit slow to start, but then as first sphere drops it speeds up.  (The student should have set to display every 10th slide rather than every slide.)

The spheres are different sizes and the rods at slightly increasing angle (and dropping angle).

The spheres are sized into appropriate bin by distance between rods.

Late post due to many conflicts lately, but it is GREEN at least.

1952 Fender Telecaster that my son in law is building for me, painted with my motorcycle club colors and road name.

I hope the finished build comes out as well as the model did.  Modeled & rendered in Inventor 2018.
