A happy post-turkey-day / Black Friday everyone!

I wonder how many of the American viewers are still recovering from their Thanksgiving dinners today

Weirdly enough that other American tradition of Black Friday has made it's way over to the Netherlands as well, there's sales going on everywhere this weekend...

Anyway, this is a picture topic so on with the pictures.

I had to do a little update to this part this week, nothing special just making it a bit larger, and it has a fun shape so i decided to render it.

Not going to say what it's for, if someone wants to guess... i'm up for some funny assumptions.

Hi everbody,

Finally had some time last weekend to do some more work on the chopper I'm making for fun. Made a render of the brake discs.

I've been looking at your render Niels and I have absolutely no clue what it is or does....

So I'm going to say it's a highly engineered dreidel...

I've probably posted this before, this uses three ADSK products. The model is done in Inventor, which is then analyzed in Simulation Mechanical. The results get exported as a FBX file into ShowCase. This is a great way to show the FEA of an specific item while the remainder of the model is rendered.
