@lena.talkhina yes, it seems to have gotten worse too... i can't reach the main page atm either.

i tried earlier this morning and then i could, but the video pages gave the 500 error still, now the main link also gives the 500 error.

To be sure i also tried in Microsoft Edge which gave the same error.

@-niels-  sorry for the situation.

Let me check in with internal team to understand how it works.

Don't hesitate to try again later and update information here.

Also I would recommend to clean the cache in you browser, sometimes it helps.

@lena.talkhina i don't think it's a cache thing, seems to be account related.

If i log out of my account i can reach the main page again, going to any of the courses requires me to log in and results in a 500 error on my EE account.

If i instead log in on my work account it all works.

Hi @-niels-

Please clear the cookies and cache in your browser and then try again. If you still get the error, I advise you to please try a different browser as well.

Best,

@daniel.Alvarado.cortes Didn't work, also tried it on Microsoft edge and even Internet explorer.

Just to make sure i also tried on 2 browsers on my mobile, one of which i never use but the result is the same.

As soon as i log in i get the error, if i log in with my other account it works. (both devices)
