If you please ,i have a question concerning frame generator, why sometimes the miter and trim /extend doesn't want to work,

Hi! There could be two reasons. 1) There are multiple end treatments and one nullifies the others. 2) iMates are defined based on the geometry that is mitered or trimmed.
This could also be files specific. Please share the files in zip so that the forum experts and I can take a closer look

I think you need to include the next level higher assembly, which includes the reference part (the framework for placing the frame members). That's the level at which end treatments and other editing should be done.
