Extremely slow Template window load time

Every time I attempt to create a new file, the template pop-up window takes 5-7 minutes to load. I fell like I have tried most things but I cannot find a solution and I am the only one out of my team that is having this issue. Any idea how I can fix this?

1. Have you installed all Updates for your version of Inventor?

2. Are you using Projects (*.ipj) or are you using Vault?

Do you have the correct Project active?

Hi! Several things can lead to the behavior. Please try the followings.

1) Go to Windows Display settings and select the recommended resolution and scale.

2) Right-click on Inventor desktop icon -> Properties -> Compatibility -> check "Run as Admin" -> click "Change High DPI settings" -> check both boxes. Restart Inventor.

3) Make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and the graphics driver is updated.

4) Go to Inventor Project setting -> Folder Options -> Templates. Make sure you have read-write privilege to the folder. Are the templates stored in a cloud drive? If yes, please make sure your Anti-Virus tool and network control software whitelist the folder.

Many thanks!
