Folded part and flat pattern.

Hello, i made a metal drawer using sheet command. I used flange to make sides, but one side is a little bigger i extended it using olso flange command. (you can see it in first foto). In 3D everything looks okay for me, but if i go to flat pattern, i see strange corners (second foto). if i want to cut the metal and later to bend it, will it be a problem? Inventor doest give me any error when i make flat pattern. Iam new to sketching, so please give me advice. Thank you.

Hi Jonas;

It appears - there is a problem with the Flat Pattern module. I can reproduce the error easily. The Flat Pattern should look like the one in the attached file. Why there is an error in the Flat Pattern in your file - I don't know. The model is legitimate, as far as I am concerned.

Cheers,

Igor.

Hi! The flat pattern does not look right, though the default Corner relief was set to Tear. It does look like Tear, However, if I change it to a different type, the corner release looks the same, which is wrong.

Many thanks!
