Flattening circular patterned feature to export face for manufacturing

Hello,

I'm currently attempting to create a .DXF of a patterned hole feature for manufacturing (see attached files). My objective is to capture the correct hole pattern and spacing that these smaller pipes will eventually be welded to as a .DXF and then imported into our Pipe Cutter as a program.

My Latest attempt was close but unsuccessful:

Delete Face (until just the hole pattern feature remains) -> Split -> Delete Face (until I have 1/2 of my desired feature) -> Unwrap -> Export Face as .DXF -> Open in AutoCad -> Duplicate and place side by side to recreate the full feature -> Save.

I perused the forums, googled and youtubed, but couldn't find anything to achieve exactly what I was looking for. We have several of these Test Headers in different sizes and hose port quantities, so I can get plenty of practice verifying the rest of our files.

Hi

Please use Split, Unwrap and Rectangular Pattern modeling tools. Next step is Sketch with project geometry; and last step is Export Sketch.
