Flat Pattern help!

Ok, so I have this design that I need to have in a flat pattern. its 1" x 1" bar and my only experience in flat patterning a part, is when its all on the same axis but as you can see in the attachement its on more than one axis...can anyone give me some detailed instructions on how to accomplish this?

Thanks,

Terry

Hi! This sheet metal part needs two unfolding processes. On Inventor 2010, you can create Contour Rolls. Then Inventor will unroll first and unfold next.
Thanks!

Terry,
there's also a limitation in creating the Flat Pattern;
when both dimensions of the section are equal to thickness, you have to manually
select a starting face for the unfolding, because it of the ambiguity in determining
which ones are the detail faces in the part.

In this case, you can also workaround the unfolding problem in IV 2010, by using
the "Unfold" feature to manually unfold the bends and then create the flat pattern from the unfolded part.
