flat pattern from sweep

I can not get this part to flatten.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi!

Go to "Sheet Metal default" and set thickness to 0.25in, as you have in the thickness tool

Tip: in thickness tool, it's better to have "Thickness" variable instread of a numerical value, this way, if you want to change global thickness, you only have to change it in the Sheet metal defaults, then the thickness tool value will update accordingly.
