So we have about 100 students who use Inventor Pro 2020 (and CAM 2020). So your solution for the CAM failed to initialize (except) for the installer account, is to go in to every folder, visible or otherwise, and assign full rights to every user to a host of folders and registry keys? REDICULOUS. Suppose we were a university with 2000 or more engineering students, all who have individual network logons? Do you have any idea how awful you programmed this as compared to 2019 version and earlier? Get this fixed and send out a patch. You totally messed up with CAD 2020 loading for all network logon users trying to use it with Inventer Pro 2020!!!!

Another solution (if its possible) is to change the desktop icon for Inventor to run as admin. I've seen a few computers in an organization that run fine but one doesn't and you get this message.

It should be possible to work around this issue by adjusting the permissions on the directory "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk" so that non-administrator accounts have write permission. We understand the inconvenience of doing this, and are working on an update to resolve the problem.
Running the program as an administrator should not be necessary.

The fix from the Forum Community Manager (Jeff) appears to work as we tested on 3 machines and will retest next Tuesday to confirm. I would only add that if the PCs are on the network (domain with Network Install/Stand Alone), then select (or ADD) "Domain Users" and check box WRITE. Error pop-ups occurred when doing this but it seems to have worked. Non-admin users can now logon on the domain and Inventor Pro 2020 now shows CAM (CAM Ultimate 2020) in the menu and works when accessed.
