Extruded Sheet Metal face to Flat

I need to create a sheet metal pattern for a twisted plate.  The plate needs to go through the sketch lines in the drawing.  So I have tried a couple options.  First was to loft a surface from line to line and thicken it and see what flat pattern I can Get. That didn't work.  Next I tried to do sheet metal faces on the surfaces, this worked kind of.  It would not allow me to join the solids using bends.  How can I process this bending and flexing?

Hi! Using Loft Surface in this case yields the best result. But, it cannot be flattened in 2019 and earlier. You need 2020 Unwrap. Or, you can follow the steps in the following page.
