Fillet with Auto Edge turned off

I am using Inventor 2023.  I am adding a fillet to a tapered edge, but I only want it to fillet the horizontal fillet and tapered edge.  Not the flat edge.  So, I unchecked the Automatic Edge Chain and did the top first and it worked fine.  However, when I do the bottom half, it wants to select the flat edge.  Is there a reason why?

Hi Mark,

It could be that the fillet edges have to be continuous in this case. Please share the file here. I would like to see if reordering the fillets would help.
