Your file is not coming in as an authentic Inventor file. Take out the comma and reattach it.
Is the flap to be round like the hole?
Windows 10 x64 -16GB Ram
Intel i7-6700 @ 3.41ghz
nVidia GTS 250 - 1 GB
Inventor Pro 2018
I didn't realize the comma was an issue. The files with commas work fine on my end. Could be version or license difference?
Regardless, I'm not sure about the flap. I zoomed in a bit in the attached images. Upon closer inspection it might have a circular shape to it. I assume the .125 that's driven is pointing at the center of a bend line.
That worked. Using windows 10 with Inventor 2018.
The attached may not be exactly what you want, but gives you a rough idea of how you can do it.

Just gotta play around with dimensions, but the process looks like it'll work.
Thank you!
Side question.. Do you work for the Rio Benson Consulting company?

I do not. The screenshot I posted is from a set of their drawings for an M1911A1-Redux they made available online. I forget the exact site, but if you do a Google search you will find a PDF with all the drawings.
I am simply using their drawings to create a 3D model out of pure interest, as well as practice with some more advanced modeling techniques and interpreting more complex drawings (compared to what's shown in a classroom).

That's fine you want to learn and practice and kudos to you for doing so.
But you need to be careful in what you're sharing when it comes to copyright information. The drawing clearing states that you can't re-transmission this document. Meaning did you have approval from this company to re-post it here? Anyhow just a heads up for future things..
