Inventor 2017 locked files problem

My Home page shows this.

Using Inventor 2017 for years on my PC, never had this before. Working on windows 10.

Failed to load URL file://webbrowser/myhome.html with error The file or directory cannot be found. (-6).

Also I cannot save new files.

Also get this message when trying to open files.

Can this be fixed.

Something is not in your search path/working folder.

Are you using a format from work that has a linked  logo in it that can't be found on your home computer?

Just a guess.

Windows 10 x64 -16GB Ram
Intel i7-6700 @ 3.41ghz
nVidia GTS 250 - 1 GB
