FEA on BackBone Drop Center for Welding positioner

Hello everyone,
This is my first post on this platform.
Little background: I am working on designing Backbone for HeadStock TailStock Welding positioner capacity upto 25000 pounds. It provide three axis of motion to help positioning parts for welding.

1. Vertical travel with Hyd cyl

2. Rotational motion by Rotator mounted on Headstock,

3. Rotational movement on Second axis by rotator mounted on center of Backbone (middle Boom part)

I want to study the load analysis and structural stress of this backbone, when its at various rotational position, provided CG of load at varying offset,

I want to determine how much load would be safe to put on it at different offset position for all 360 degrees of rotation.

i would be happy to share more information and grateful for any help.

Hi! I believe you need to set up Parametric Study in Stress Analysis. Please take a look at the following videos.
