Favorite folder or list for notes

I am using Inventor 2023.

I would like to remove this note from the template but be able to add it when I need it.

Is there a way to create a favorite folder or list where I can go and bring in the note I want?

Thank you in advance.

How? Those look like sketches, not notes.

You can make sketch symbols and instead of saving them local to the template, save them to a sketch symbol library and grab as needed vs. bloating the template with tons of non-needed symbols.  Sketch Symbols can be anything from general notes, to stamps, standard detail view basically almost anything you need.

And can I create a library available for everyone?

Yes if you go to Tools > Application Options > File Tab > You will see "Sketch Symbol Library Folder". Just set that location to a shared directory. When you create your first symbol it will be local to the drawing, but if you right click on it in the model browser, you can then choose "Save to symbol library".

Research symbol libraries if you need help on setting it all up.

We just have a blank drawing with all of the common notes then, just copy & paste whichever note you need. It's handy because, once pasted, you can modify the note to suit any local requirement.
