Extrude works, revolve doesn't

Kind of simple, sketch is fully constrained, no open lines, therefore I can extrude, but I can't revolve around a selected work axis.

Error message: 

Create revolve feature failed
Cannot project the selected work geometry. It is dependent on the currently open sketch.

Is the axis on the same plane.

Is the axis outside of the profile or on edge of the profile?

OK, I opened your file.

You do not need to create WorkAxis1.

Simply use the Origin X axis.

Also- you have several dimensions that don't make logical sense to me.

For example an R32 arc offset by 5mm is not 32.

85.3318731 is not a measurable dimension (and therefore cannot be manufactured).
