Trying to extrude/embose some text. Font is "Bahnschrift Light", .094" text height. When I type out one of the things i need, "PERFORATOR", extrude/embose work no problem. When I type out another thing I need, "MODEL NO.", i get the "self intersecting loop found in this profile" error. Looked at other forum posts, saw that it might be a problem with the specific font. Makes sense. Experimented a little to see which letters were giving the problems in "MODEL NO.".
When I leave out the "M" and the "N", it works. So those must be the letters with the self intersecting loops. But when I put "M" and "N" into separate text boxes, they extrude/embose like normal. So it can't be the font having intersecting loops?
I can use a different font, just wondering if anyone has come across this before. Seems like a weird problem
Hi! Just a quick test. If you are on 2023, try using Mark feature. Does it work better?
