Hi,

How do i extend the member created with F.G.I need to extend both faces by 20mm. Parts 2015

I tried the Length-Shorten Frame Member but it lenghtened the top face not the side face. I could not get it to lenghten the chosen face (see picture)

Regards,

Barry

All I did was open the part and adjust the parametric value for G/H

Thanks Mike. That is a good solution

How do i now change the size of the new member in the Family Tree from 130 x 50 to 130 x 90. Will this change for BOM as well?

Thanks again

Smiley Wink Easiest way could be selecting a size 90x10, 130 long.

But that would destroy your frame

Frame members only show section dimensions, width and height. Length is determined by the skeleton sketch.

I placed the 90x10x130 part directly from Content Center with a rigid joint to the existing cube and deleted that part after that from the frame.
