Exporting messing up material/color assignments

I'm trying to export an assembly into p3d, and it keeps screwing up the color assignments. I've been messing with this all day, but I'm still stuck on the images provided. The most confusing part is that the first 2 pictures are taken of parts that were a pattern feature (circled in blue), so I have no idea why those have any variance between one another. The third picture is what they should look like in the Inventor assembly.

I have tried exporting to .DWG .ADSK and .RFA to import them into different apps, and they're all coming out the same.

I can't seem to find any problems like this online, so any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi! Just a wild guess, you may have duplicate files in different folders. Try copy all files from the project folder to one folder. Do you get prompted for duplicated files?

Inventor can tolerate duplicate files but other CAD systems or neutral format may not be able to handle it. If you need to export or exchange data with other systems, please make sure all files are unique.

Many thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion, but I managed to find a solution that I probably should have started with. Turns out, I just had to simplify my model and get rid of 12,000+ fillets and other features. Once I did that, it worked out fine!
