Bom dia,

 

instalei o inventor pro 2018 estudante, quando clico em abrir aparece a imagem abaixo(REGISTRO).

Quando abro o LICENCE, aparece a imagem abaixo.Capturar2.PNG

2nd Message:


This is normal if you have 2 versions of Inventor on a machine and you start a 2nd one.  So say you were using 2017 for a week, and then start 2018, this message will come up.  Then when you start up 2017 again, it'll show up.    

 

It's not a big deal

 

 

1st message)  You have an educational license you might need a new license, but with the new licensing set up you won't need to transfer the license. You'll need to put in your serial number / product key given

First thing..  Never and I mean never share personal information such as your serial # here.  This is a world wide public user forum.

 

If you have received this message it means that you transferred your license (using the License Transfer Utility) to the Autodesk Cloud like you are switching your software/license to another machine.  Are you doing that?

 

There's no need to switch or transfer your license.  Just install and activate the license on the new machine and skip the import step.

Bem, acho que não estou me expressando direito.

 

Simplesmente não consigo passar para a próxima etapa, seja para digitar o número do serial. 

 

Acredito que deva ter uma maneira de resolver este problema, mas eu ainda não sei.

 

Alguém pode me ajudar? Até o momento apenas explicações do problema.

I have already given you the solution, install and activate..  If you see a message about importing your license, skip it and just activate it.  I understand there may be a language barrier here but we have no clue what lead to this message or issue.  We were not there.  This is an English Speaking forum and words don't get properly translated or make sense when we do.
