Hi! Either the file is corrupted, or the system lacks some updates. Please make sure all critical Windows updates are installed. Install 2018.3 update followed by 2018.3.8 update.

Go to File Explorer and clean up %temp%.

Go to Control Panel -> Region -> Administrative -> Change System Locale -> uncheck " Use UTF-code for worldwide language".

Many thanks!

Hi @Anonymous

It could be related to your special characters specified in your full path or it could be that your file name is extremely long and close to limits.

1. Try @johnsonshiue's tip about the UNICODE

2. In addition, try saving the file to some other folder say "c:\my documents"

If the problem is solved with (1), you are good to go

If the problem is solved with (2), you should probably try to limit the full file path length OR increase the path size in the registry. I have added a link on how to do that in Windows 10.
