Im trying to emboss the windows by adding 1 mm solid but i get an error whenever i try to do it and when i try to cut it instead it works but not when adding solid.
This should work because I have done the exact same thing with my older finished model. What have I done wrong?
I'm guessing it's because the sketch isn't parallel to the window, so it's doing weird things in the corners.
I used your sketch to split the window face instead, then thicken the appropriate parts. Let me know if that works.
Thank you for your reply, i fixed it before by just marking the window "glass" instead of the frame and then cut it, which took me 2 days to figure that i could do that hahaha. But now when I try to dimension the windows on my drawing i get errors and I dont know how to solve it.
