Electrical catalog browser - error

Hello,

I have the last Inventor 2022, and when click Assemble-> Electrical catalog browser, I got an error saying:
Install the last Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016.

When i download and try to install, it is saying that it can not be installed, because other version of this product is already installed. I'm having office 2019.

What to do?

"check the following registry key for the value "mso.dll" is NOT present in: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\FilesPaths" "

I have this mso.dll present.
And if I try with cmd /passive, the same error appears.

(I have 64bit office 2019)
