dynamic symulation

I have the assembly as in the pic below and all I want to do is add the joints for the cylinder so I can see if its strong enough to lift the skip.
I have done all the online tutorials and just cant get it right.
Please help as I can see what I am missing

Please pardon my asking, but shouldn't the cylinder part next to the hopper be further away from the fulcrum point? From what I'm seeing, waaaay too much force needed to be exerted just to even lift.  If I'm wrong, then I apologize. Thank you.

Yes you are right.
This design is from the client and its not working.
I want to use dynamic simulation to show him the forces and why its not working.
