Dimension Position

Please see the attached image. I would like to bring the dimension 130 between arrow marks.

Just click and hold for the dimension value (130) and drag to the center.

Sounds like there is not enough space for the dimension in the middle, you'd better to scale the view a little bit to make it larger.

As Mr. Zhang has said, if the dimension is to large to fit between the extension lines, it will not fit no matter what.  If there is room you can follow the method outlined in the screencast.
