Design Views via edit.

Hi all, if I edit an assembly from another assembly by double clicking in the grafic window design views button is greyed out? That's a shame, I don't really want to open the sub assembly every time I edit. Design views are great when you assembly gets complex and parts are inside other parts. -- Laurence, Power is nothing without Control ---

Ah yes. That hasn't been mentioned for a while, I assumed it had been fixed when they introduced system.nothing and system.all design views. I guess not. John Bilton

Which is why the Isolate command should be an option on the Opacity button instead of an orphan command. -- Dave Hoder Product Design Engineer idX Seattle www.idxcorporation.com "Laurence Yeandle" wrote in message news:40336b93_3@newsprd01... > Hi all, if I edit an assembly from another assembly by double clicking in > the grafic window design views button is greyed out?
