I have just installed Inventor 2018.  I get to the page that says, start trial.  I click the button, nothing happens.  Can someone please help.  This will keep me from purchasing this product if I don't get any answers.

Welcome to the community..

 

When you select start trial, you are not seeing no sign in options?

 

Are you seeing the Lets Get Started dialog asking to Sign in, Enter your serial #, or Network License when you launch the application?

 

If you do..  Follow the solutions in this posting.

Not sure if this will matter but it may..

Make sure your graphics card driver is up to date.. get the latest from the card manufacturers website and install it then restart your computer..

 

Also it might help to #1 ensure your computer meets the system requirements and #2 if in doubt post your computer specs here and we can offer suggestions,etc..

Welcome to the forum.

On top of what has already been said, make sure there are non of these windows tucked behind an open window and maybe off screen.

Hi Dan,

 

Do you have internet connection? I recall you would need to sign in Autodesk account in order to start the trial. Has anybody used the same computer to do the trial before? Are you a student, an educator or a member of an education institute entitled to education license? If yes, you should not use trial. You should go to education site to download the product and activate the education license.
