Custom Zinc Dichromate (Yellow Zinc) appearance?

Does anyone have a Custom Zinc Dichromate (Yellow Zinc) appearance set up?  The default Zinc Chromate does not look anything like my parts.  I have tried to adjust the settings and I cannot get it close enough.

Attached is an example of one of the parts that I am trying to match.

Thank you in advance for your insight!

Patrick

Can you add a yellow tint?

Sometimes you have to setup up a generic appearance instead of using specific metal ones.

To create a new one you click the plus in the bottom left.

How close do you need?

Most basic seems like this is "close-ish"

Maybe throw a "speckle" image or "marble" into it and adjust speckles or veins until you get what you want..

Attached is one of the parts that use this appearance.  I need to use this for marketing and I just need it closer to what the actual product looks like for rendering.

Thank you again.

Before I start on this -

do you realize that Sketch1 is not fully defined and that there are unnecessary zero (0) length dimensions?

do you realize that the part is not uniform Thickness?

That little clip has been around and used in assemblies for years and no one ever noticed those errors.  Funny.  Thank you for pointing them out.  Attached is the revised part.

Thank you,

Patrick
