I have created a custom property in content center of a item (Spring Washer) and named Bought out as below snap

When i placed some size the give data is displaying in the iproperty

But for other it is not displaying

Can you guys please help to resolve this issue

What does the mapping of the property look like?  If you right click on the column header and then select column properties can you show a screenshot of that window?

Is it possible that the one without the property was created before you added the property?  If so, and it is a standard component, then you can click refresh in your assembly to update the part.
