Custom bend in Tube and Pipe matches not the correct ID and OD

Hello,

When creating a custom bend, different then 45° or 90°, the pipe segment thit not match the ID and OD size of the pipe.

When creating a normal pipe segment with bends it gives the correct size.

Someone have this issue before?

Welcome to the forum!

What version of Inventor is this?  Can you possibly share the files, or maybe even a "dummy" file that has the same behavior?

If you activate your Pipe Run and then select Tube & Pipe Styles from the Ribbon, can you take some screen captures of the Style which controls this pipe run, both tabs (General and Rules)?

I'm going to tag in @johnsonshiue for this one.  Johnson, in the custom bend, it looks like the OD and Wall Thickness parameters of the Pipe part are not being used for this segment as they are with all others.  Opening the segment as a part, the sketch for the OD and wall thickness has no dimensions at all... shouldn't this segment use the same parameters as a straight segment?

I'm sorry to ask for more, but I have been playing around with this and I have another idea.  Can you share with me the original iPart of the pipe used in your design?  I'd like to see if it has anything to do with how the part was authored for Content Center.

your style "diameter" type is "Nominal", could you please try to switch to "OD/ID"?

Unfortunately, it makes no difference

Again i checked the "ID" and "OD" settings, also from the elbows, and luckily it works fine.

I also reinstall 2021, maybe that makes a difference too but it works. Thanks!

I look into the dataset, and it should be related to the OD/ID you use for authoring & publish to CC. You can find that the ID of incorrect pipe equals to the OD of correct pipe in the T&P dataset.
