Convert a DXF file to a IPT file

I have a corrupt IPT file but do have the original DXF file.

How can I import the DXF geometry to create a IPT file?

Import into a sketch, using sheet metal template to create a face for this:

Similar like that. It's not really the same; I don't know about sheet thickness and bend radius.
