Make components troubles

Inv 2022.2.

When I make components, I can place them in a new assembly, no problem.

However when I select No, to target an existing assembly, the template goes away "Next" becomes greyed out...

Any ideas?

This is a known issue with Update 2.

Until there is an Update fix for Update 2 - the other option is to Create Part and then Place in the assembly.
