Content Center Part Rebuild to Fix iMate Glyphs

I have created a content center library for our company including iMates for usage in Assemblies. When populating the family the iMate Glyphs are not placed in consistent locations as if it is not referencing the source geometry for the part. I have found that forcing a rebuild will put the Glyphs back in the correct locations. Sometimes Inventor will allow me to rebuild the part and sometimes it will not. Attachments show the problem part in line with working items as well as the error message when I try to rebuild the individual part.

NOTE: When first populating the assembly, all the panels had this iMate misaligned. I was able to rebuild these and fix the issue. Only a couple parts and not letting me make the update.

Running Inventor 2020.2.1

Windows 10

Used iLogic rule to populate assembly with entire family.

Created iLogic rule to force rebuild all parts (sometimes works, sometimes doesn't).

We use Vault Basic 2020 but the parts are not yet checked in.

You need to check out the file from Vault in order for the replacement to take place.   Assuming you're using Vault..
