Content Center ANSI filter stopped working

Tried placing a jamb nut from content center just now. The ANSI filter applied shows no results. Removing the filter shows all available results including ANSI content.  (?) Yes, the filters are set to include all ANSI content. Yes, the content center is set up correctly, and the file locations are correct in the project workspace. Screenshot 1 is looking for the content with ANSi filter applied. Screenshot 2 is showing the filter applied, screenshot 3 is showing the results when the filter is removed. Why might this be happening?

Could you post what the two tabs in the filter looks like? I can't think of what the problem would be outside of something in there.

What about creating a new filter and seeing if that shows up correctly?

I got the same problem but with Inventor 2020. Did you find a solution?

Hi,

ANSI filter definition should look like

ANSI-Filter.jpg

Is ANSI library defined in active project?

Hello,

two tips:

- Modify project, exclude all libraries except ANSI

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/filtering-content-center-by-library/m-p/8861303#M74956...

- Add your ANSI families into Favorites, works with favorites (=place CC parts from Favorites)

Regards
