Constraining/Joining hole on part to curved cylinder surface (s-hook)

Hello. Id like to connect/constrain the red circled hole on the purple part, to the surface of the red part. I would like the purple part's hole to slide through the red part as if it were following it as a track. If this is not possible, simply constraining it perpendicularly like in image 3 would be nice as well. I have tried using the joint relationship, but I have found none that work. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

What I will usually do in a case like yours is add a plane and an axis to both sides of the S-hook. The work plane provides a location for the hook against a face while an axis perpendicular to the work plane through the center of the hook material cross section at the plane allows for an axial constraint to a hole.
