Command Icons Highlight but do not Execute upon Left Click

Command icons are highlighted when the mouse is hovered over it (see darkened box around constraint icon). Upon attempt to execute via left click, the command does not fire. This is true of any icon shown in the below screenshot. Inventor is up to date with no pending updates, the same is true with my machine, an Asus ProArt Studiobook that meets or exceeds the specifications detailed on Autodesk's website (System requirements for Autodesk Inventor 2024). 64 bit Windows 11, 13th gen Intel Core i9 Processor, 64gb RAM, 256 gb/s bandwidth. Despite upgrading to this machine in June, the problems I previously experienced haven't resolved, they've merely morphed into something else. Any support and suggestions to resolve my current issue or how to optimize my machine/user practices are welcomed.

It's possible that the issue is due the "phantom monitor".

Hello!

Yes, I initially thought the window was outside of the monitor so I tried Alt + Spacebar + M. However, the model space would move, indicating that it wasn't an out of view dialogue box, but rather the box not launching after clicking the command icon.
