Close the gap in sheet metal with not flat flange

The corner show below picture.

We get 6 mm gap after close the top plate with side plate via corner seam.

How can we reduce the gap to 0.5 mm?

You probably need to choose a different gapsize

YOu can either change your style, or change the input in the corner seam menu - Marked the lower input field with red on this screenshot.

Hello JD, I know this isnt related to this but I see you helping alot of others on here I am just getting started with inventor I have only been using for around a year now and some of the ilogic and iproperties are new to me. I was wondering if there was anyway to create a custom iproperty for sheet metal sizes to where it would subtract a certain number for drawing part list purposes. I would like the final sheet metal length to resemble a fractional equivalent. Ex: say i have a piece of sheet metal that is 88.339 inches long i would like the iproperty to subtract .036 from the length so it would be 88.375 without having to manually change in the parts list every time. What I would like is a blank size custom iproperty for the width and length of my sheet metal flat pattern to add to the parts list, I have made one already called "Blank Size" and input the following =<sheet metal width> x <sheet metal length> which gives me the correct flat pattern dimensions that where I need the <sheet metal length> to add or subtract a certain number to make it a fractional equivalent instead of xx.339 or xxx.266. My fabricators use 1/16 fractional tape measures for cutting that is why I need the final blank size to resemble a fractional equivalent.

Any help would be fantastic. @JDMather
