I got two sweeps, the first one I can do a circular pattern of but the second one fails and I just can't get it to work. Anyone got an idé? I attach the file here.

I believe it has to do with the guide surface of the second sweep. Since the faces is now segmented, it breaks? To combat this, before the first sweep, I just offset a surface at "0", then used that surface as the guide surface for the second sweep and all seems ok.

Very easy:
1. Change the sweep result to new body
2. Pattern this solid with the sum result
3. Subtract the array body from the barrel using a boolean operation

You can improve the hygiene of the model if you also do the first sweep as a new body and use the body pattern to subtract these 2 sets of grooves from the barrel at the end.
