Check in project file

I'm having a brain fart, can someone tell me how I go about checking in a modified project file (.ipj) to Vault please?

Been about a decade since using Vault but if memory serves it has to happen from the Vault Explorer and not Inventor.

I always did it from the Vault Client, right click and Check In.... don't forget to NOT delete the local copy!  LOL
