No this is not possible (unless you sketch under that given view).. You may want to check the Inventor Idea station for this idea and vote for it.

Yes there is, take a look at the attached screencast for the process. In the screencast I only added the radius centerline but once the style is set, you can use it on straight sections as well.

Yes there is - Use centreline bisector and pick the inner and outer radii, see attached image.
Only issue is Inventor will extend the centreline slightly so you will see an overlap. Editing of the centreline style can minimise but not remove this altogether.
My bad I was thinking of an auto-centerline from a routed system (piping) model.. And wasn't even thinking about what @jhackney1972 and @Rory_M have indicated to you.

Another possibility: if you have used a centerline sweep to model the part, you can include the path sketch in your drawing view. If the geometry already exists in the model, you might as well use it.
