Cant change parameters in model created by another user.

Hello, quick question. I have here a multi-body model created by another user in the office. We share files using a NAS System on our network. Inside this file, are two Parameters "BINWIDTH" & "BINLENGTH". The original creator of this file in the office, made this model for us so we could quickly change some parameters to get a new size model. But, we cant seem to edit the parameters without instantly getting errors.. However, the original creator can edit these with no problem/errors.. any insight as to why?

I can change it with no errors. Do you have all the latest updates installed?

The file is 2023.2.

I can open and change it with 2023.4.

What size are you changing it to?  Maybe that size too small or big?

It looks likely you share files without using Vault.

Based on my previous experience, I guess the issue is caused by your network.

Thanks for this suggestion, it seems to have remedied our issue as well as a few other intermittent issues we experienced. It well definitely be on my radar now!
