Cannot export to rfa files

This is the error that inventor launches everytime I try to convert to Revit Family:

"the operation failed to complete successfully"

Have tried everything. Have deleted every autodesk software. Completely delete every autodesk file.

It requires Autodesk Revit Interoperability for Inventor 201X, would you please check it is listed in Control Panel->Programs and Features?

Were you able to get your files exported as .RFA?

There are many articles about how to do this, but not many that state the error you are getting.
