Cannot Delete or Replace parts in assembly

Hi everyone,

I needed to change some parts using different methods. (See picture bellow)
I changed to Model States parts that first were created using Ilogic tools. 

The geometries continue exactly the same.

Now I need to edit the assembly, but the software turn off all the time I try to Delete or Replace that parts.

Does anyone have a good tip to solve this?

Hi! I guess it is because those iPart member files need to be updated. Open the iPart factory -> Generate files. If this does not help, please share the Inventor files in zip with me (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). I would like to understand the behavior better.

It is solved 😉😉

1. From the Vault I took old versions of the files I wanted and saved them on my computer with different names;
2. Then I replaced the parts that were not identifying the reference part with the parts recovered in 1);
3. I replaced the parts 1) with the new parts that I created with different Model States.

Note: all model states will appear as a same part in the bill of materials.
