Can you constraint a part to 2D sketch

Dear fellow Inventor users. 

Is is possible to constrain a part to a sketch? For example I want to constrain the centre of this castor to the centre of the circles in the sketch. 

I normally do it with planes but it just feels a bit long winded at the moment and so I wondered if there way away to do it like the above.

Can you Attach your assembly here?

Is the circle sketch at the assembly level or in a part?

Have you attempted Joints rather than assembly Constraints?

HI!

Yes, it's possible to do what you suggest... but... the sketch have to be on another assembly part, can't be an Assembly sketch.
